Awareness Identity Training (AIT)
A structured 7-stage guide with practical exercises. Clients read, listen, and complete reflections. Counsellors can then review progress and use it to guide follow-up.
The AIT workspace is available to registered users only. If you’re not logged in you can still read about it here.
What it is
Awareness Identity Training (AIT) is a practical, step-by-step program designed to help clients notice how identity and repetitive thought patterns shape emotional states and behaviour — and to build skills for responding more clearly in real situations.
7 chapters
Each chapter introduces a single core idea, then moves straight into practice.
Audio + written content
Clients can read or listen — whichever supports consistency.
Exercises and entries
Reflections and diary-style entries can be captured during the process (where required).
